Meet The Team

Susan Mosey

Owner

With over 20 years in Talent Development – at both the doer and the senior leadership levels, I’ve built a reputation for excellence, innovation, and results in the leadership development space. Along the way I’ve built a strong group of cohorts that, if desired, I will engage to give the program a diversity of facilitators and trainers.

While working for Defender Direct as the Director of Talent Development, I led our training function to national recognition in Training Magazine’s Top 125. Through several years of effort, Defender Direct attained a #17 ranking on the annual list. This recognition serves as proof of my ability to address business needs through blended training methods and deliver level 5 training results – both measured improvement and actual business ROI. An example of this success was the creation and delivery of the Leader In Training program which has been running successfully for 5 years and is being sold to other companies through Defender’s True U outreach organization.

I bring experience designing learning interventions using a variety of delivery methods including classroom, e-learning, blended, case study, on the job, project-based, remote learning, and experiential.
